Our onboarding process is designed to be as simple and smooth as possible, ensuring you and your pet feel comfortable from the very beginning of our relationship.

STEP 1:
GET IN TOUCH
Tell us about your pet(s) in as much detail as possible! We’ll be in touch to schedule a short pre-service consultation to discuss their needs and make sure we’re a good fit.
STEP 2:
FILL US IN
Let’s get to know each other! We’ll touch base to confirm what you’re looking for and will send a link to our Precise Pet Care client portal for you to complete.
STEP 3:
MEET OUR TEAM
We’ll schedule a meet-and-greet to get to know your pet and home( with lots of notice before your trip, please!), plus sign your contract.

Precise Petcare is our client portal that handles scheduling, communication, invoicing, and updates.
Through this platform, you’ll receive daily reports and photos of your pet, as well as GPS tracking for walks and visits. During our onboarding process, we’ll help you get set up in Precise Petcare, which you can access online or through the app available on the App Store or Google Play.

IS PET TRAINING INCLUDED IN VISITS?While we are not certified trainers, we will reinforce all training that is currently in place with your pets. Our services will remain consistent with the house rules.

ARE THERE ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR MULTIPLE PETS?There are no additional charges for up to four pets. Additional charges for 4+ pets will be discussed during the meet-and-greet.

DO YOU WALK DOGS FROM MULTIPLE HOUSEHOLDS AT ONCE?We do not walk dogs from multiple packs at once. All services provided stay within one family to ensure the health and safety of all pets in our care.

ARE YOU ABLE TO ADMINISTER MEDICATION FOR MY PET?We are specially trained in administering medications. If there are any unique medical concerns we should be aware of, please let us know before your visit date.

ARE YOU AVAILABLE ON HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS?Yes! Additional charges will apply. Holidays book quickly, so we encourage you to book well in advance.
