Precise Petcare (https://www.precisepetcare.com/)is our client portal that handles scheduling, communication, invoicing, and updates. Through this platform, you’ll receive daily reports and photos of your pet, as well as GPS tracking for walks and visits. While we are not certified trainers, we will reinforce all training that is currently in place with your pets. Our services will remain consistent with the house rules.

All of our pricing is based on up to 2 pets in the household. There is an additional charge of $10 per pet after 2.

We do not walk dogs from multiple packs at once. All services provided stay within one family to ensure the health and safety of all pets in our care.

Yes! Our trained sitters can handle oral medications, eye drops, and even insulin injections if needed. Please provide clear written instructions at booking so we can ensure proper dosage and timing.

As a professional pet sitting and dog walking company, we are fully bonded and insured for your protection. Before hiring any pet sitter or dog walker, you should always ask for proof of insurance and bonding.

One of the benefits of hiring Sit Stay NJ is that we work as a team. This means we have backups available in the event your primary sitter has an emergency. One of our managers will visit with you at the meet and greet and get a feel for your pet’s personality. We will then assign the perfect pet sitter for your pets. If it is critical for you to meet your pet sitter, we offer 30 minute introductions for $36. While we assign a primary pet sitter to care for your pets, we may call upon other team members to provide continuity of care. We do our best to keep the same pet sitter assigned to your pets, but rotation of sitters might be necessary due to the length of your vacation or sitter availability. It could get costly for you to schedule pet sitter introductions so if having the exact same sitter every single time is essential, you may want to investigate hiring a solo pet sitter. Be sure they have backups available in the event of an emergency.

Your pet’s safety always comes first. We’ll contact you immediately and, if necessary, your veterinarian. If we can’t reach you quickly, we’ll use your vet info on file to make sure your pet gets the care they need right away. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
